Police are investigating the armed robbery of a petrol station at Lansvale last night.
About 10pm, Tuesday 28 May 2013, two men entered a petrol station on The Hume Highway, and threatened two employees with machetes.
Both offenders had their faces covered and demanded money from the cash register.
After obtaining money, both offenders fled and were last seen running down Knight Street.
A 22-year-old male employee and a 21-year-old female employee did not suffer any injuries as a result of the incident.
Police were called to the petrol station and established a crime scene which was examined by specialist officers.
A canvas of the area was also conducted but the men were not located.
