Police from Harbourside Local Area Command are investigating the armed robbery of a fast food restaurant in Neutral Bay yesterday.

About 12.20pm, on Tuesday 4 June, 2013, a 30-year-old woman was working in a fast food store in Clark Road when a man approached the counter.

The man ordered a meal, allegedly threatened the woman and demanded she hand over cash.

After being given a quantity of money the man put it in his pocket and walked from the store turning right onto Clark Road.

No one was injured during the incident and police from Harbourside Local Area Command have commenced an investigation.

The man has been described to police as being of Caucasian appearance with a plump face and medium build.

He is aged in his 30s, 183cm tall with grey, spiky hair and black sunglasses.

The man has been described as wearing a grey and white hooded top, green camouflaged cap, faded blue jeans and light coloured shoes.
