30 July 2013 – Appeal – Robbery – Restaurant – Charlestown

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a robbery at Charlestown last month.
About 6.50pm, 30 June 2013, two men entered a restaurant on the Pacific Highway, allegedly threatened staff and demanded money.
The two men ran from the store with a sum of cash. No one was injured in the robbery.
The men were seen to run to a yellow Hyundai Getz two-door hatchback that was parked in Pearson Street, Charlestown.
Police have released CCTV images of persons they believe may be able to assist with their investigation. An image of the yellow vehicle has also been released.
