Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a bottle store in Sydney’s south last night.
About 8.30pm (Wednesday 14 August 2013), two men, one armed with a knife, entered the drive through of the store on The Parkway, Bradbury.
The man with the knife threatened the 61-year-old employee and demanded money.
The employee walked out of the store and the second man grabbed bottles of spirits, the two men ran from the store into nearby bushland.
A crime scene was established and police from Campbelltown Local Area Command have commenced an investigation into the incident.
One man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall and slim build, at the time he was wearing a black hooded jumper, a dark bandana across his face, dark shorts with white vertical stripes and white sneakers.
The second man is described as 180cm tall, slim build, at the time he was wearing a black hooded jumper with a red motif on the front, dark bandana across his face, dark long shorts and white sneakers
Detectives would like to speak to witnesses with any information about the incident.
