29 August 2013 – Armed Robbery – IGA Supermarket – Elizabeth Vale

Police are at the scene of an aggravated robbery at an IGA supermarket in Elizabeth Vale. At about 7.30pm, two men armed with knives, entered the John Rice Avenue store threatened staff and demanded money. Thankfully no one was physically injured. The suspects ran off empty handed, and patrols with the assistance of the police dog are searching the area to try and locate them.
