Investigations continue into an armed robbery at Nundah hotel last night.
It is alleged that around 2am two men, both armed with a firearm, entered the Sandgate Road business. The men were dressed in dark clothing.
The men threatened staff members and smashed a glass panel. Two female staff were forced to retrieve cash from an office area and the men fled on foot. It is believed there was a third man in a nearby car.
One of the women sustained cuts on her face from the broken glass. No one else was injured during the incident.
As police arrived, they saw a dark coloured sedan leaving the rear car park and located the car a short time later after it crashed on Peary Street at Northgate.
Police searches located two firearms and a bundle of cash at Nundah.
Three men are currently assisting police with the investigation.
