25 February 2014 – Robbery – Jewellery Store – Civic

ACT Policing is investigating the theft of jewellery earlier today (Tuesday, February 25) from a local jewellery store in Civic.

Just before 2pm a man has entered the Arnold and Co store within the Canberra Centre, smashing a jewellery cabinet and making off with a number of items.

Members of the public gave chase however lost the man within the centre.

The offender is described as Caucasian, with a slim build and approximately 165cm-170cm (5’5”-5’7”) tall. He was wearing a white T-shirt, light coloured cargo pants and a round, white cotton sun hat. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck.

No weapon was sighted nor was any staff threatened.
