Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery at Elizabeth Downs. Just after 4.30pm, a man entered the IGA supermarket at the Elizabeth Downs Shopping Centre, allegedly armed with a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes. The suspect left on foot with an amount of cash. He is described as being in his mid 20’s to early 30’s, slim build, about 168cm tall, balding and with some facial hair. He was wearing jeans and a black top with an orange fluro vest over the top. He was also carrying a black and orange backpack.
