2 March 2014 – Armed Robbery – General Store – Wondunna

Police are investigating after a man entered a Wondunna store attempting to rob it.
The man entered the Boundary Road general store armed with a knife and demanded money from a female employee behind the counter.
The employee has yelled at the offender who has then run from the shop empty handed.
He is described as being aged 18-20 with a slim build and short brown hair. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, white board shorts with black markings and a blue baseball cap.
A subsequent search of the area with police and the dog squad located the knife used in the offence and the man’s clothing.
