Police are investigating after a fast food outlet was robbed at Chermside last night.
Around 8.30pm a man entered the Webster Road business, produced a firearm and demanded money from the male attendant.
The attendant managed to escape through a staff door and the man then demanded cash from a female attendant.
He then ran from the store with a sum of cash and in an unknown direction.
The man is described as Caucasian, 30-40 years of age with a heavy build, 180 centimetres tall, wearing a hat, a plastic face mask and a yellow and red high visibility jacket.
The attendants were not physically harmed during the incident.
