Western Adelaide Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a supermarket in Alberton last night. Staff were leaving the Fussell Place store at 8pm when they were approached by a man wearing a balaclava and armed with a rifle. A staff member handed the man a blue plastic bag containing goods, which he took and fled on foot. He was last seen running along the railway line. A police dog patrol attended with other officers and searched the area but could not find the suspect. The suspect is described as 177cm tall, of medium build and wearing dark clothing.
