9 July 2014 – Armed Robbery – Pharmacy – Middle Ridge

Toowoomba Police are investigating the armed robbery of a pharmacy at Middle Ridge yesterday afternoon.
Just before 6pm, three men entered the Spring Street store before one of them produced a firearm.
They threatened staff members and demanded they handover money and prescription medication.
The employees complied with their demands and the trio fled the scene with a sum of cash and a quantity of prescription medication.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
