27 March 2015 – Armed Robbery – Jewellery Store – Nambour

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a jewellery store in Nambour yesterday.

Around 3.30pm a man entered the Lowe Street business allegedly armed with a hammer and stole a number of items. He fled the shop in a white 1992 Subaru Liberty sedan, Qld registration 595SBS.

Police believe there was a second man waiting in the vehicle which was reported as stolen earlier that day from a Palmview location.

No one was injured as a result of the incident.
