Detectives have charged two people following investigations into the alleged armed robbery of a financial institution on Logan Road in Holland Park West on September 11.
Police will allege two men entered the premises with their faces concealed and threatened employees with what is believed to be a firearm and made demands before leaving the scene with a sum of cash.
No one was injured in the incident.
A 29-year-old man from West End has been charged with one count armed robbery and two counts of deprivation of liberty. He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on October 26.
A 35-year-old man from South Brisbane has been charged with one count armed robbery and two counts of deprivation of liberty. He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, September 17.
