Gawler Police are investigating a robbery at a deli at Evanston earlier this evening.
Just before 6.45pm, a man armed with a chisel threatened staff at the shop on Barnet Road, and fled with a small amount of cash.
The male suspect described as Caucasian and wearing a black hooded top and a silver bike helmet, is believed to have ridden south from the scene on a silver ‘Slazenger’ bicycle.
There are no reported injuries.
