23 June 2016 – Armed Robbery – Fast Food Restaurant – Robina

Police are investigating an armed robbery in Robina earlier this morning.

At 2.59am a man in a white Holden Commodore sedan entered the drive-thru of a Highfield Drive fast food restaurant and gestured to the attendant he was armed before making demands for money.

The 20-year-old male employee handed over an amount of cash from the till.

The offender then fled in the white Holden Commodore bearing Queensland registration 504VTX.

Investigations are continuing.
