A man has been arrested today after he robbed a liquor store at West Richmond last night.

Police will allege that at about 8.30pm last night, a man stole money and alcohol from the BWS liquor store on Marion Road while he was armed with a crowbar.

Following investigations by Sturt Criminal Investigation Branch detectives, a 28-year-old Murray bridge man was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and breach of bail.

He was refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.

A 39-year-old West Richmond woman was also arrested and charged with impeding an investigation and theft. She was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 17 November.
