July 11, 2011 – Assault and Robbery – Pizza Delivery Driver – Croydon

Police are appealing for information following an alleged robbery in Sydney’s inner west.

About 8.25pm yesterday (Sunday 10 July 2011), a 23-year-old pizza delivery driver was approached by three men on Croydon Road, Croydon.

The men assaulted the driver and allegedly took his mobile phone and an amount of money.

The men left the area and were last seen walking towards Lees Park.

Police were called and a canvass of the area was conducted, however the three men could not be located.

Police are searching for three men who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The men are described as being aged in their 20’s, about 170-190cm tall, with dark complexions, and wearing sports-style clothing.
