A pizza delivery driver was threatened with a hand gun during an armed robbery in Sydney’s west last week.

About 8.50pm (Wednesday 30 November 2016), an 18-year-old man attended a home on Montana Way, Macquarie Fields, after being called for a delivery.

Police have been told as he approached the home, a man standing near the front fence threatened him with a hand gun and demanded the pizzas and money.

The delivery driver complied and left the scene.

Officers from Macquarie Fields Local Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries.

Police would like to speak to a man who may be able to assist their investigations.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 45-years-old to 50-years-old, of slim build, wearing a black hooded jumper and grey pants.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
