Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with their investigations into the armed robbery of a Kingston service station early this morning, January 25.

Around 4.40am, a man (pictured) entered the Jacaranda Avenue business and approached a male behind the counter.

The man produced a hammer and demanded money. The employee complied, handing over a sum of cash.

The man then left the scene on foot with cash.

The man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, with a solid build, black curly hair, believed to aged between 18 to 20, last seen wearing a blue Adidas jacket, red cap, grey tracksuit pants and white t-shirt.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.
