Police have charged two girls after a service station was robbed in Marsden last night.
Officers were called to the business on Browns Plains Road around 10.45pm and it will be alleged that two girls forced open the doors and smashed a number of windows and property inside with a hammer and a knife.
It will be further alleged that the girls made demands for cash and fled the scene with grocery items.
Two girls were located a short time later by the Dog Squad and were taken into custody.
Two 14-year-old Marsden girls have been charged with one count each of armed robbery, enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence and wilful damage.
