6 April 2017 – Arrest – Armed Robberies – Fast Food Restaurant – Elsternwick

Police have arrested two youths following four armed robberies in Elsternwick this afternoon.

The pair approached four youths at a fast food restaurant car park at the intersection of Glenhuntly Road and Nepean Highway and demanded cash just after 2.30pm.

The four teenagers obliged and the pair fled.

Caulfield police were quickly on the scene and arrested the pair at nearby Riddell Parade.

The two boys, aged 15 and 16 are currently assisting Glen Eira Bayside Crime Investigation Unit detectives with their enquiries.
