Police are investigating a number of armed robberies at a liquor store in Cranbourne North this month.

At 6.20pm on 2 June, two offenders entered the William Thwaites Boulevard store and produced a knife and demanded cash while the second offender stole alcohol from the fridge.

The offenders fled on foot along Lindon Tree Way.

No one was injured in the incident.

At 9.00pm on 6 June three offenders entered the store armed with a knife and an altercation has occurred with one victim receiving injuries to his upper body.

The offenders took cash and alcohol before leaving on foot.

A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital in a stable condition with injuries to his upper body. Two other victims also received minor injuries as a result of the affray.

The offenders were wearing all black with black hoodies and had covered their faces.

Police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked.
