Police are investigating the armed robbery of a store in Baulkham Hills last night.
Just before 8.45pm (Saturday 10 June 2017), a 53-year-old female employee was working behind the counter at a store in Glanmire Road, when she was confronted by two men who entered the store.
Police have been told the men armed with a cricket bat and a machete threatened the employee, demanding cash.
The pair ran from the store, taking cash and alcohol.
The staff member was uninjured.
Officers attached to The Hills Local Area Command were called and established a crime scene.
As they continue their investigations, police would like to speak to two men who may be able to assist them with their inquiries.
The first man is described as being about 170-180cm tall. He was wearing a black hooded jumper, grey pants, and black shoes.
The second man is described as being about 160-170cm tall. He was wearing a black and cream hooded jumper, dark coloured pants, and black shoes.
They were both wearing gloves and had their faces concealed with black masks.
