25 June 2017 – Armed Robbery – Licensed Premises – Deception Bay

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a man in Deception Bay early this morning.
At 2.55am, a 28-year-old man left a licenced premises and was walking along Maine Terrace when he was approached by two males.
One man was wearing a balaclava and pointed a handgun at the 28-year-old and demanded property.
The two men left the scene on foot with the 28-year-old’s bag which contained personal items and a sum of money.
No-one was physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
