4 August 2017 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Ultimo

Police are investigating after an armed robbery in Ultimo overnight.
Police have been told about 11.50pm (Thursday 3 August 2017), a man entered a convenience store on Quay St, Ultimo.
The man then threatened a 27-year-old man who was working at the store with a knife and demanded money.
The man has taken cash and then left the store on foot.
The employee was not physically injured during the incident.
Officers from Sydney City Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene at the location.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have information on the incident to come forward.
