Police are investigating an armed robbery at a service station on Brisbane Road at Ebbw Vale overnight (Ipswich).
Around 2.20am this morning a man entered the store and told the employee he was armed with a knife and wanted cash.
The attendant handed over a sum of money and the man fled on foot along Brisbane Road towards Bundamba.
The man is described as being in his 20s and of Maori or Pacific Islander in appearance, he had dark hair, and around 175-180cm tall with a slim build.
