Police are currently at the scene of an armed hold-up at St Francis Winery, Old Reynella.
At about 2.50pm, a man wearing a balaclava and armed with a firearm threatened staff in the pokie room and made off with an amount of cash.
He is described as about 180cm tall, with a slim build and wearing a grey hoodie.
There were no injuries.
The suspect was last seen running west towards Main South Road.
