Police are investigating the armed robbery of a bottle shop at Eagleby yesterday afternoon.
Around 5.40pm, a man entered the River Hills Road store before producing a knife and making demands for a shop assistant to hand over money.
The female employee complied with his demands and the man fled the scene with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall with a proportionate build.
Police investigations are continuing.
