Police are investigating the armed robbery of an Aspley service station early this morning.
Around 1.40am a man armed with a knife entered the Gympie Road store and threatened the male attendant while demanding money.
The man fled on foot with a sum of cash and was last seen heading South on Gympie Road.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall with a medium build.
He was wearing a grey shirt over his head, a long sleeve olive green shirt, light blue jeans and joggers. He was wearing a wrist band on his left hand.
