2 March 2013 – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Annerley

A man has been arrested following the alleged armed robbery of an Annerley service station this afternoon.
Around 3.30pm a man entered the Ipswich Road store and allegedly threatened the male attendant with a box cutter.
He fled on foot with cash and cigarettes however was located by police a short time later.
A 50-year-old man from Archerfield was charged with one count of robbery and is due to appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 4.
