A 28-year-old Woodford man has been charged in relation to the armed robbery of a Golden Beach newsagency on September 25, 2012.
It will be alleged that just after 2pm, a man entered the Landsborough Parade business and threatened staff with a syringe before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
A man is due to appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates court on April 17 charged with armed robbery.
