Police are investigating an armed robbery of a fast food outlet on Main North Road, Gepps Cross overnight.
At about 10.15pm, a man armed with a knife threatened staff at Hungry Jacks and made off with cash.
He left in a white Holden VS Commodore sedan containing two other people. They were last seen heading north on Main North Road.
No one was injured during the hold-up.
The suspect is described as a man aged in his early 20s, with a medium build and wearing a black balaclava and dark clothing.
