Holden Hill Police are seeking information form the public after an armed robbery at a chicken shop on Grand Junction Road at Valley View last night.
At about 7.15pm a man wearing a balaclava, armed with a knife and iron bar, entered a take-away shop on Grand Junction Road, threatened staff and stole cash.
The suspect who fled on foot with the shop’s takings is described as a thin man about 184cms, wearing a dark blue jacket with stripes down the sleeves, grey track pants.
