12 May 2013 – Armed Robbery – Hotel – Marleston

Police are currently at a hotel at Marleston following an attempted robbery.

At about 7.15pm, a man armed with a knife, entered the gaming area of the Rex Hotel on Richmond Road and demanded money.

The suspect left without any cash and was last seen driving off along Richmond Road towards the airport, in a 1993 Holden Commodore station wagon, registration number WAU514.

The suspect is described as being Caucasian, about 160cm tall with reddish goatee style beard and acne scarring.

He was wearing dark clothing.

No one was injured.
