18 May 2013 – Armed Robbery – Playford Tavern – Davoren Park

Police are investigating an attempted aggravated robbery last night at Davoren Park.

Just before 10.30pm, a man armed with a knife entered the Playford Tavern on Peachey Road and demanded money.

No cash was handed over, and the man left empty-handed.

No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, heavy build, and was wearing a black hooded Jetpilot jumper, and an orange shirt.
