19 May 2013 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Gilles Plains

Holden Hill police are investigating a service station robbery overnight at Gilles Plains.

At about 11.20pm, a man wearing dark clothing and carrying a handgun threatened staff at the Caltex Service Station on Grand Junction Road, stealing cash from the till.

The suspect described as a Caucasian man, about 183cms tall, wearing all black clothing and a beanie, fled on foot towards Wandana Ave. Holden Hill patrols including a police dog patrol searched the area but the suspect wasn’t located.
