Police are investigating an armed robbery at a sports facility in Camp Hill that occurred overnight.

Preliminary investigations suggest that at 10.35pm, two men were in a Ferguson Road carpark when they were approached by three men in a vehicle.

One man was slapped across the face before he was threatened with a hammer, and then punched in the face.

The second man, who was seated inside a car, was forcibly removed from the vehicle through the window before he was threatened with a screwdriver.

The trio drove away with the victims’ wallets, phones, and a set of car keys.

The three men are described as Caucasian in appearance, and were wearing beanies and face masks.
