A man has been arrested after a stabbing at a Salisbury hotel last night.
Just before midnight, police were called to Park Terrace, after reports of a man armed with a knife fighting with another man.
Patrols arrived at the scene and found a 25-year-old man with non-life threatening injuries to his stomach. He was treated at the scene by ambulance officers.
A 19-year-old man from Davoren Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing harm. He was refused bail, and will appear in court later today.
In a separate incident, a man was assaulted with a glass bottle in the car park. He received facial injuries, and was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital for treatment.
