2 July 2013 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Oxley

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to assist them with their inquiries following an attempted armed robbery at Margate this morning.
About 7.30am a man armed with a syringe entered a business on Oxley Avenue and demanded cash from an employee.
The employee ran from the store and the man left the store empty handed.
He is described as Caucasian, 20-30-years of age and about 190cm tall with blue eyes. He was wearing black tracksuit pants and a red hooded jumper.
