Police investigating a series of aggravated break and enters upon supermarkets in the Port Stephens area have released CCTV images of a number of people they want to speak to in relation to two of the incidents.

Strike Force Dunrobin, comprising the Property Crime Squad and Port Stephens Local Area Command, was established to investigate six aggravated break and enters committed against two supermarkets at Medowie and Tanilba Bay between September 2012 and June this year.

Investigators are today releasing CCTV images of people that they believe may be able to help them with their inquiries regarding incidents at Medowie on Thursday 30 May 2013 and Friday 14 June 2013, during which entry was forced to a supermarket and an amount of cash taken.

There are two people investigators wish to speak to regarding the incident on Thursday 30 May 2013.

The first person is depicted wearing a grey and black striped hooded jumper, long black pants, white joggers, one red glove and one yellow glove. This person also had a black scarf tied around the face and appears to be carrying a black bag and a small bar.

The second person is depicted wearing black long pants, a grey hooded jumper and black shoes, with a red scarf wrapped around the face and wearing white gloves.

There are three people investigators wish to speak to regarding the incident on Friday 14 June 2013.

The first person is depicted wearing a bright blue hooded jumper with a white Adidas emblem on front, dark coloured pants with two stripes down each leg, black and white motocross-style gloves and dark-coloured shoes.

The second person is depicted wearing dark-coloured track pants, a grey hooded jumper or jacket and black shoes with white soles. This person was carrying a black backpack and an axe.

The third person is depicted wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt with a white t-shirt over the top, with a red coloured motif on the back, dark pants, black and white motocross-style gloves and dark-coloured balaclava.

Police are seeking assistance from anyone who knows the identity of any of the people in the images, or saw them in the Medowie area in the early hours of Thursday 30 May or Friday 14 June 2013.
