Fawkner Embona Task Force detectives are investigating an armed robbery at a milk bar in Fawkner last week.
Just after 8am on Saturday 13 July, a male offender entered the Anderson Road shop and produced a knife as he ran behind the counter, demanding cash from the store attendant.
The offender is described as of medium build, approximately 175cm tall with an Australian accent.
He was wearing a black balaclava with a cap on top, an orange and green high visibility work jacket, blue jeans and white runners.
He fled on foot with a small quantity of cash and is yet to be identified.
Still images from CCTV have been released in the hope that someone may recognise the man by his clothing.
