Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist with their investigations into a stealing incident, and the wilful damage of a Belmont service station this morning.
Around 1.40am two men attended a London Road service station and, after filling the car with petrol, one man entered the business.
The store attendant de-activated the automatic doors when the man attempted to leave without paying for a quantity of petrol and goods.
A second man then drove the car into the front doors causing substantial damage.
The two men were last seen in a white Mitsubishi utility with Queensland registration 406MTO.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
One man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, with a slim build, 20 to 30 years of age, black hair and a black beard. He was wearing shorts, joggers and a jacket.
The second man is described as Caucasian in appearance and was wearing a black jumper.
Police investigations are continuing.
