24 July 2013 Armed Robbery – Hotel – Browns Plains

Logan detectives are investigating the early morning robbery of a Browns Plains hotel in which two men armed with a pistol threatened staff before fleeing with a sum of cash.
Preliminary information indicates the men, who had their faces covered and were wearing grey track suits and hooded jumpers, broke into the Browns Plains Road business around 2.40am.
Three employees, two men and a woman, inside the hotel at the time, were not physically injured.
The men were last seen running in a northerly direction.
