Police were called and launched an investigation into the incident. Specialist officers also assisted in a search of the surrounding area, but the man was not located.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a tanned complexion, 40-50 years of age, about 170cm tall, with a medium build, discoloured teeth, a short grey and white-coloured beard and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing light-coloured pants, a grey jumper and large grey jacket with the hood pulled over his head and heavy duty gloves.
