Detectives from Kingston Crime Investigation Unit are asking for public assistance to help solve an armed robbery which occurred at a Clayton South service station last night.
Investigators have been told a man armed with a knife entered the Centre Road business around 10pm.
He grabbed the lone male attendant by the wrist, led him to the counter and demanded cash.
The attendant complied and the offender left the store.
He was last seen headed south on James Street.
Police have released an image and CCTV footage of a man that they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
