Police are investigating the armed robbery of a computer store in Beenleigh that occurred yesterday morning.

Around 11.10am, a man entered the Logan River Road store and produced a knife before making demands for cash.

The man fled the store on foot with a sum of money and was last seen on Horizon Drive in Beenleigh.

No-one physically injured.

The man is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, 182cm tall with a solid build, and was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, black baseball hat and was carrying a black backpack.

Officers are encouraging anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Investigations are continuing.
