Police have released a photo of man who may hold valuable information in relation to the aggravated robbery of the Bendigo Bank in Newton on Tuesday, 1 October.
If you can help identify this man, please contact Crime StoppersA disguised man, wearing a balaclava and armed with a small axe, entered the bank in the Newton Village Shopping Centre on Montacute Road, just before 10.45am on Tuesday 1 October.
He is described as Caucasian, about 180cm tall, of medium build and aged from his mid-thirties to mid-forties.
He fled with cash, as a pillion passenger on a red motorcycle, ridden by another man.
Fortunately, no one was physically injured during the robbery.
Detectives wish to speak to the man, pictured, as he may have information vital to the investigation.
