1 November 2013 – Amred Robbery – Hotel – Willaston

Barossa Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Willaston Hotel overnight. Just after 1.30am, a man wearing sunglasses, a dark hooded top and armed with a handgun walked into the Gaming Room of the Hotel on Main North Road at Willaston. He jumped the bar, threatened staff, then stole cash from the till and fled on foot last seen running towards Paxton Street. Barossa patrols searched the area for the suspect wearing all dark clothing but he wasn’t located.
