Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after an armed robbery at a hotel in Kingsgrove early this morning.

About 2.15am (Wednesday 6 November 2013), four men entered a hotel on Kingsgrove Road, Kingsgrove, demanding money three were armed with firearms and one with a knife.

Three of the men gathered the patrons and staff together, and the fourth demanded cash from a manager.

The manager complied and handed over an amount of cash.

All four men then ran from the location and were last seen on Shaw Street, Kingsgrove.

No one was injured as a result of the robbery.

Officers from St George Local Area Command and specialist forensic officers attended commencing an investigation.

The four men have been described to police as wearing hooded jumpers, three with black jumpers and one with a white jumper, balaclavas, dark pants and white shoes.

Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or unusual behaviour around the time, to make contact with police.
